Here we list some common questions and answers for those of you who are looking for work. Please contact our customer service if you have any other questions!

How is my job application going?

Once you are logged in, you can see what is happening with your job application. You can find out how far we have come in the recruitment phase under “Applications” on your profile. There you will find out if we are still waiting for applications, if we have started the selection process or if the job has been filled.

Are only students able to apply for jobs with you?

No, we offer jobs for students, graduates and young professionals and anyone interested in applying for a job with us is welcome to register their CV. However, if the advertisement states that we are looking for a student, you must be studying to be eligible for the position.

Can I speak to the recruiter responsible for the positions I have applied for?

To ensure that recruitment is as efficient as possible, our recruiters do not accept calls regarding advertisements. The information in the advertisement is what we can provide in the first stage of the recruitment process. Should you be interested in a position, you will be called by a recruiter and you will then be given more information about the position and the chance to ask any questions.

Forgot your password?

Select “log in” at the top of the home page. Below the login box you will see a link that says “Forgot your password?” which you click on. Fill in your email address and click “Send” and we will send you a link where you can choose a new password.

I have ordered a new password but have not received an email with the new password?

Please check that our mailing has not ended up in your spam/spam filter.

Can I apply for a job via email?

To submit a job application, you must register at www.nexthire.ie. We cannot accept applications via email. Here you register your CV and cover letter. Then search for the job you are interested in and click on “Apply for job”.

How do I unregister from Next Hire?

Log in to your profile. At the bottom left of your profile is the link “Unregister my profile”.

Please note that this link is not available for consultants. If you are a consultant and are no longer looking for new jobs, you can deactivate yourself as a job seeker.
