About Gear up and Match
Working extra while you’re studying is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and make you more attractive on the job market when you’ve finished your studies. Not to mention the extra money it gives to your student fund.
Gear up and Match is a new service that the Swedish Public Employment Service has started with the goal of helping more job seekers find jobs or training as quickly as possible. With the help of our experienced job matchers, you will be equipped with the right tools and knowledge to quickly be matched and take the step into the labor market through jobs or training. You will meet regularly and together develop a plan for you to succeed in your job search based on your needs and circumstances. This can involve support with everything from how to write a personal letter and CV, to interview techniques, tips on suitable jobs or training and help with employer contacts.
How to register:
Gear up and Match is provided by the Swedish Public Employment Service and you must be registered as a job seeker with them to use the service. Contact the Swedish Public Employment Service to find out if you are eligible for the Rusta and Matcha service and specify Next Hire as your supplier.
